I called in in February, enquiring about my upgrade, I was told I would only be due on 1st March 2013. So on the 1st March I called in again, I was then told that I would be elegible on the 12th March. I then called the call centre and chose option 3 to check eligibility and it told me I would be elegible on the 1st March 2013. So I called again and spoke to Mathambo and she then told me that I was only due for my upgrade on the 1st April 2013. So exactly WHEN will I be eligible as each time I call in the date changes???
I have been a loyal customer of MTN SP for over 12 years and this is not the service I expect?
My phone got in December so I have been waiting patiently using an inferior phone until now.
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE SORT THIS OUT AND JUST GIVE ME MY UPGRADE... I THINK AFTER 12 YEARS I DESERVE IT.
MTN once again proves that loyalty means nothing!!!
