What Feedback???

Where to Start???
Well last year we had a data dispute on the account.
Joyce Sekwati and Louisa Du Toit approached us to help sort out any account queries we might have.
Finally a credit was passed on the account but now we keep getting final demand letters regarding the credit amount and every time I phone or send an e-mail to Joyce Sekwati or Louisa Du Toit, the calls go unanswered and the e-mails are read but we do not receive any feedback.
In August of 2012 we have also sent in an Account Transfer Application to transfer one of our Cell Phone Numbers to a private account holder. Any luck to date??? NO! Same story, the calls go unanswered and the e-mails are read but we do not receive any feedback. We will phone you back is all I'm hearing.
I'm sick of Vodacom ignoring the small person.
Any feedback on this complaint???
I think not!!! At least I feel better knowing everyone will read this.
Lets try to phone them again, maybe Joyce or Louisa will speak to me now!
