This morning my mom wanted to buy a cell-phone from CNA in Carletonville.
On phoning for Authorisation my mom was treated like by the lady on the other side of the line,
A lady named "Joyce".

To start off with Joyce asked my mom whether she has a "Mr. Price WEEKEND" account...
My mom then told her she does not know about the "Weekend" part but Yes she does have a Mr. Price account
Thereafter Joyce asked if my mom pays R400 pm on her FNB credit card on which my mom answered NO
because she does NOT have a FNB credit card, she doesn't even bank at FNB.
Joyce then asked if my mom LIVED at 19 Cobalt Str Carletonville on which my mom told her
That she STILL lives there.

From the questions above asked by Joyce it can be seen that you cannot just answer YES or NO because Joyce
Asked them in such a manner that they are partially true or false.

Joyce then went on and BLOCKED my mom's account.
On phoning the line NO-ONE could help us correct this.

My Mom has a Credit available of R16 000 and still Edcon blocks her account!!
This is unacceptable!!!

Joyce's behaviour is UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE

Even Carletonville CNA staff says that Joyce is ALWAYS rude to customers!!
