I applied for a Galaxy tab and a 20 gig dongle on my EXCISTING contract.
Everything was fine and on day of delivery Joyce Molaudzi phoned me saying I only qualify for the Tab, because on my bank statement there was an unsuccessful payment of R30.
R30 come on really??? When I told her I will apply with Vodacom she said "OKAY"
After a mail was send to Joyce she said her manager will phone me back. STILL WAITING FOR THAT TO HAPPEN.
Pathetic I'm telling you.
