Please read before opening a contract with vodacom

I took a samsung galaxy tablet on contract from Vodacom 3 months ago! I received an email from vodacom saying my account was 3 months in arrears on Friday and i must pay penalties and the only Vodacom branch that you can make payment at is in Edenvale! When i call to enquire apparently my account number is incorrect. I emailed my bank statement proving it was not incorrect to joyce sekwati and i was promised a call back from her to sort it out! The accounts department hung the phone up because they didn't know what else to do. They messed up and it took me nearly a week to get someone to sort it out, and although it was their fault and their mistake it became my problem whilst i was on holiday and ruined my time off work as i had more stress from them than what i get from work. I will be cancelling my contract! Thank for the CPA! I hope to convince as many people as possible not to waste their time with Vodacom. They are truly the most unhelpfull service provider i have dealt with. And the cherry on top is im STILL waiting for someone higher up to contact me. I really REALLY dislike Vodacom and their service they offer!!! Thanks for ruining my leave!!!
