I refer to MTN's response ref no 2004050 dated 12 April 13 to which I have had response. It seems like MTN does not care whether they offer good and prompt service or not. If my input was valued like they said then I would have had a response by now. MTN stated that they hope I give them the chance to offer a level of service desired by me this has not happened and I won't give them this chance again.
