LINE NOT ACTIVATED AS YET!!!

I currently have a vodacom my GIG2 laptop contract with vodacom, my account went into arrears for 5 months, on December 23rd I made a payment of R1700 and got the account up to date. I visited a Vodashop in the Phoenix plaza and Nerupa assisted me by providing me with reactivation forms which I signed. I was told reactivation of the line would take between 3 to 7 working days, on December 23rd I phoned 0821946 and I spoke to Sam who told me unfortunately there's 1 form attached in the mail that was not received, I then made a call to the Vodashop and had it refaxed and emailed the forms twice again on that day. On the same day a lady phoned me and informed me that all forms where received, due to my relief I waited another 7 working days. On 11 January I phoned 0821946 and they tell me that the form is still not attached. How ridiculous is this??? I am very disappointed with Vodacom, this service is unacceptable. I am really not prepared to wait another 7 days for my line to be reactivated. If my line is not reactivated in the next 48hrs this will be going directly to the Ombudsman!!!
