Hi.
I have a Vodacom account that was in arrears because of me taking long to change my banking details with Vodacom.
I went into Vodacom on the 1st of July to change my banking details and pay the out standing amount.
On the 2/07 I received a notice of reactivation. I filled the forms and mailed it to Vodacom on the 17/07. A lady then phoned me and told me she cant find my sim number on the system and I need to resend the sim number and on the 26th of July I sent her the mail again. I then requested to find out if everything was sorted on the 29/07 but till today have not received any response only a notice of collection. This after my account was debited with R3599.99 on 30/07 from the correct account for the out standing hardware value.
I then went to Vodacom Polokwane and the guy phoned customer service who said my account was not suppose to be debited. Last week I got another debit for I don't know what on my old bank account from Vodacom. Then today I received a Notice of collection mail from Vodacom. COME ON PLEASE can some one wake up and do their job over there.
