On Friday the 5th of April 2013 Vodacom phoned me regarding a phone I pre-ordered and to extend my contract and that the phone is available. I told them to go ahead with the order. On Sunday the 7th of April I emailed them to inform them not to go ahead with the order and to cancel my contract. On Monday the 8th of April I also emailed them informing them to stop the order and cancel my contract. They informed me the phone has been couriered already and that when the courier brings the phone back to their warehouse, they will go ahead with the cancellation of the upgrade and then cancel my contract. Up until now they are still waiting for the couriers to return the device and don't want to cancel my upgrade and contract. It is not my problem if they are still waiting for the device. It is almost two weeks now. I want my contract to be cancelled ASAP.
