NOT KNOWING WHAT THEY ARE DOING

On the 26th of March 2013 i cancelled my contract with Vodacom and asked the to convert the cell no back to prepaid. I paid this account in advance in case of a bad month. I send them faxes, spoke to customer care, No help at all. I asked them when is my credit being paid to me. I was told it is under investigation. What a joke!! I phoned them again on the 17th of April 2013 and said that they can see a credit due to me. I was told it will take 14 working days for payment to me. I dont trust them as I have already waited for almost three weeks before. They said that they cannot find any faxes that I sent to them and also the one is sent to head office. Nobody from Head offce has called me to resolve this problem. I am considering to leave Vodacom as I have been dealing with them for ten years on the same cell no.

Please public, be careful when dealing with Vodacom, Think twice before entering any kind of agreement with them.

They are quick to offer the contract but after service does not exist. I have decided not to accept another contract the them because of the mess with my account
