After much running around emails/calls i still have no satisfaction time wasted!
last month i took out a contract offered by MTN which included a 32inch Samsung TV Samsung galaxy pocket phone for R199x24 months. i received the phone the very next day however was advised that it would take between 5-10 working days to get the TV an would be contacted by britepoint who was a courier, i waited and after 10 working days nothing, i called MTN regional office who gave me contact number for britepoint which was never answered and was advised that nothing could be done and i need to wait this after 3 weeks? i emailed kznenquiries and was contacted by the MTN gateway branch who advised me that there was a mix up with britepoint as they thought they already delivered the tv as the number given to me was recycled and another owner also took out a TV contract? i was advised it was dispatched last week thurs 11/04/2013 and needed to wait another 5 days, guess what its the 6th day and still nothing.
i have contracts with other SP and my first one with MTN and the service is poor for MTN.
