I've been liaising with Xolani at the MTN SBSA who advised that they have been trying to contact their supervisor Karabo without any luck. I took out a contract with MTN on the 02/04/13.I returned the Blackberry Z10 on the 04/04/13 as the phone had a fault which was within the 7 day warranty period. I was advised to wait 14 days as the phone needs to be sent in. I then went back on the 23/04/13 to enquire as 14 days had elapsed. I was advised to come back the 26/04/13 as they are waiting for a voucher number. I returned on the 26/04/13 and was finally given feedback and a new phone. The 27/04/13 I again visited MTN in Greenstone with regards to the fault and was advised to visit the branch I received the phone from and furthermore they advised I should contact head office. Head office had advised that same as it's a public holiday. I returned to MTN (SBSA) on the 30/04/13 to give them the phone back with regards to the same fault I spent about 2 hours and the matter had still not been resolved. I have been debited however i still dont have a PHONE. I require assistance and I would like to obtain my S3 Samsung as soon as possible as this is unacceptable and unfair. Please resolve my query.
