AUTOPAGE GATEWAY - TERRIBLE SERVICE RECEIVED

I booked my cellphone (BlackBerry 9790) in for repairs under Cell C warranty on 17 April 2013, upon booking it in I inquired of the turnaround time for repairs and was advised by the service consultant "Lionel" that it would be anytime from 7 to 21 working days. I advised the consultant of my alternate contact number and requested that I be contacted on this ALTERNATE number. I made calls to query the progress during the 7 to 21 day period and was advised by "Lionel" that he will contact me with feedback. TODAY the 21 working day period has well elapsed and Autopage Gateway cannot seem to give me feedback regarding my phone. I keep getting empty promises that I will be contacted yet i am NEVER contacted. It seems as if Autopage will do anything to sell you a contract but once this is done there is absolutely no after sales service. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED SUCH TERRIBLE SERVICE. Service received from GATEWAY AUTOPAGE STAFF is very disappointing.
