Very disappointed

I am very disgusted on the services I've received from fnb. I ordered a smart phone on the 27 march 2013, I was advised I will receive a call from the courier company. A day or two later I received a message that I will be contacted within 24hours for deliver. I waited for call but didnt get any call, instead I had to phone in, and I got an answer from consultant saying its a system message and that I should wait for call. I then said I will go on hello Peter, in less then 15 minutes I received a call saying my device will be delivered in 5 working days because the colour was wrong. I phoned in today and spoke to Thuli today asking for courier company number
, she advised me that they don't have courier company number which then raised eyebrows. How do they contact the courier company. I got a lame story saying I should wait for 10-15 working days for device. I am disgusted because fnb is suppose to be one of the best banks
