I'm currently in the DRC and I can't Phone any number even customer care 2782111 (my roaming is activated, and can receive calls), I have logged a complaint via E-mail to Vodacom and they responded quick (a phone call from customer care) saying they attend to the problem, now 24hrs later Still no feedback from Vodacom and no solution, and I need to make calls to South Africa. (It's not fun to have no communication in a other country and to wait for customer care to respond)
