After complaining here about the failure of a manager of Vodacom to return or take my calls, the Customer Care centre sent me a sms confirming they are looking into the query and Eltino Martin has taken ownership of my query. I received that sms on 16/01/13 at 07:35. I thought I'd give them a day or two to attend to it and then expect feedback. I received no further smses or communication from Vodacom until this morning when I received a sms wanting me to rate their Customer Care service: 1 being poor and 5 being excellent. I replied with a minus 5 seeing as I have had no feedback on my query or the initial issue resolved.
