My phone died over night after 6 months. I had the Blackberry Bold 9900. After running from pillar to post I resorted to posting my complaint on hello peter. Then Vodacom got serious about trying to resolve my is... well at least I thought they did.
Still being treated like they were doing me a favour, Finally they send me an email to say my phone had been checked and they could not fix it. But they will let me buy the same model phone for just over R5000.00.
This was two months ago.to this day I have not heard from Vodacom.
I can't even tell you what has happened to my R7000.00 phone. Did you guys just decide that I will trade in my phone in and take you up on that ridiculous R5000.00 offer?
I still have not heard exactly what has happened to this phone, why won't you let me talk to a technician? Because you know that the phone can be fixed. Why else would you want to keep a scrap for the fun of it.

Now i dont want Vodacom to reply to this. i am tired of dealing with all of you. i know you still have my details. dont call me, send me an email just to tell me where i should pick up my phone from. Should push come to shove, you may comment on this post with that information.
