Hi Vodacom,

I am a disappointed customer with a new Blackberry Bold 9900 and less than a month after acquiring it, the scroll pad stopped working. Vodacare in Gateway claims that the phone has been liquid damaged and cannot be repaired by them. I can assure you that there has been no such damage incurred to the phone and i am well aware of the many ways which may have caused it to be liquid damaged, but none of these methods apply to my phone. They did however offer me to send it to Jhb for refurbishing at a cost of R5000.

Please assist as the phone is not insured and now I am stuck with a phone which does not work properly for almost 2years.
