Shocking Vodacom Service

Since I first wrote a report on Hello Peter on the 14th of January nothing has happened.

First their response was useless, the email the provided me to log the complaint, was the email address I used when I have complained about my faulty handset. They also gave me a number to call... when I phoned it, I got an answer machine saying they are out of the office and will be back on Wednesday.

After I responded on hello peter to their response, the send me another email, asking for my job number (which they already had) and asked for the model phone?? (they also had this information.)

I send all this to them this was around the 23rd of Jan. I have not heard anything from them!!! On the 30th I send them an email again asking what's going on... because I am still waiting for my new phone, because the one was send in 3 times. They issued me another unit (used phone) and last week this one also gave me problems... that's why I wanted a new phone, which I am entitled to according to the Consumer Protection law.

Still no reply... and again today 05 Feb... also no reply.

This frustrated the out of me. Who do I need to speak to get some answers!!!
