Bad service and Bad attitude

Been trying to complete an order on behalf of my manager since beginning of March and have had to phone Telkom each time to get an update no one bothers to update him. A contractor came to install a line but did not do it as he said he was not authorized because he was not a Telkom employee but did not give details of next step. When calling Telkom was told system notes say pipes need to be installed but no one gave details what the pipes were for. Eventually a technician came last week to install but just installed cables and left note not to cut cable but no telephone instrument or explanation or number given. Called Telkom again today (17.04.13) and told App set up for 3rd May yet another month into this. Spoke to Thuli Mahlangu who had a bad attitude and kept giving long pauses before answering and almost sighing before every answer. I had to keep asking if she was still on the line as she would go dead quiete when speaking to her. I am now waiting for Telkom to call my manager back with an update he was supposed to get immediately after technicians came to his residence yet again.
