I tried to move my home and ADSL line to my new address when I moved. A technician came out and could not find the pipes to install the Telkom cables. He advised that I log a new call once we have the pipes. I have now located the pipes and despite logging calls on the Telkom website, calling the callcentre as well as going in to the Telkom shop, there is still no technician that has bothered to schedule an appointment with me. Please assist - my original request is 9212366A and the escalation reference is 2242.
