I recently purchased an apple iphone 5 on a cell c contract in order to make use of the phones 3G capabilities, the phone is however rendered useless in my area as there is absolutely no connectivity, this is absolutely infuriating as i am unable to use the internet, email, whatsapp, facebook or any applications on the phone.
I have called the call center to report the problem but this is useless.
If this cannot be rectified i will cancel my contract as i am still in the cooling off period as per the consumer protection act.
I stay very close to the CBD in Bezvalley, Johannesburg and don't understand why the reception is so bad.
