CELL C HAS NO BACKUP FOR APPLE DEVICES PART 2

I have complained several times about this issue. I have had non stop issues with internet speeds, coverage and connectivity. I have complained since this contract was started. I am forever ignored by cell c regarding this. I have also been complaining at the lack of apps and games on the South African App store for Iphone. I have been reasonable at requesting a replacement brand of phone which was met with a "sorry not our problem" attitude from individuals at the CO office of Cell C. I have now taken this matter up with the Consumer Protection Department, ICASA and the National Consumer Commission. I would urge anybody that has had such horrible service and treatment from Cell C to also get hold of these organisations who are there to help and protect consumers. As for the the "automated response" that follows a Hello Peter report such as this, don't bother as this fictitious character namely "Tshepo" NEVER CONTACTS ME ANYWAYS.
