Dear Cell C,
I've recently taken out a contract with you guys with the Apple iPhone 5. Everything is fantastic except the network... Or shall I say the lack of it.
I live in Vereeniging, and there seems to me absolutely no network. So basically, I'm paying for a contract that I cannot fully use. It takes forever to get onto the net, and eventually it bombs out saying "No Network Connection",
and I absolutely suffer to make calls, because half the time the person on the other line cannot hear me or the call cuts automatically with a message on the phone's home screen saying "Called Failed."
I've called Cell C so many times regarding this, and there has been no call back or anything.
Allow me to paint a scenario...
I'm at home, in some sort of danger (forbid), and I need to call the police or emergency services, And I cannot because the Cell C network is so poor, what do I do then?
If anybody (from Cell C) can help in telling me what to do, i would appreciate that. Otherwise I will be forced to cancel this contract and go to a competitor who I know will be better.. Everywhere you go.
