I called mweb tech support because my adsl has been offline for the past day and its not telkom's fault. After waiting for 20 mins and listening to a broken phone message that keeps looping. A very unfriendly unwilling person picked up the phone i explained to him my issue in detail he said he needed my account number I didnt have it with my so i gave him my login name and Id number he insulted me and put the phone down. This is unacceptable. Every second day my adsl is down Im tired of your nonsense I want to be refunded for every single day its offline I'm paying for something your not allowing me to use.
