4 months Residentail ADSL line problem

To whom it may concern

I have been having constant issues with my ADSL line, and yet now again 2 days offline, I trace down the person responsible and he was only notified 30 minutes ago about a problem of 4 months old.
Mweb whom is my ISP reported the problem numerous times and nothing happens.
Consumerism to the extend of the just do not care (Telkom).

Phoned the manager only to hear my call is number 77 inline and will not be looked at today due to techs being too busy!!!
Now were in 's book will you find a ISP that leaves a problem for 4 months and only look at it NOW!!!

I am too the extend that I will cancel my account and line due to INCOMPETANCE and NON SUPPORT.
