BB10 plans claim "unlimited BBM for life" what BS! i depleted my BB10 data and low and behold could not send or receive BBMs... called 140 and they refferred me to BB tech team... who reset my service books, told me to restart and low and behold, nothing! Please note after this, I will sending ICASA and BCCSA for false advertising. Watch this space
Also, i just got my statement and i see a R3 odd for recurring BB10 plan, which was erroneously activated by YOUR uselss 140 consultant on the 30 March @ 06h31, when I told her to deactive current plan and reactivate the R57 plan, now you wan to charge me for you do. I WILL NOT PAY IT! end of story
