I have tried in vain to get assistance from your company. I do have evidence of the correspondence with representatives of youtr company, I applied for a phone via email Millicent she is the one who was assisting me, they gave me a iPhone 5 which the speaker is not working properly can't hear anything have to put a load speaker on, they told me to take it to Protea Gardens which I did, Maggie from Protea Gardens told me that they will have to take a phone for warranty assessment which will take them 2-3 weeks, they can't give me another phone because mine that I'm using it has a mini sim card, told me that I should take it back to mtnsp... I'm not happy with the service that I got
Can somebody phone me back so we can have this resolved without me having to take another root that will probably consume too much of my time. I did not want escalate this but i feel that I'm not worth your attention and time
I m very disappointed by how you have treated me yet I had so much trust in your services.
