I must say I am very angry and dissapointed & disgusted by the service I received at KFC Protea Gardens today the 06th of June 2013. I was served by a very rude, bad attitude lady by the name of Bridgette. Who spoke to customers as if we were animals or as if she was doing us a favour by serving us. I need to make you aware that this is not the first time I receive bad service from KFC Protea Gardens. If staff there need to be sent to some customer service training then so be it! I asked her nicely why is she giving me such service with her bad attitude and she said to me she was not feeling well, when you could see that it is not that she is not feeling well but that, thats her nature thats who she is. I ended up not even eating the meal i bought because i was disgusted & angry by the service I received at 9:10am. Please escalate this as this is not the first time this is happening. We dont go there to nurse their feelings but to buy whatever we want and we should not feel as if they doing us a favour. I work with clients on a daily bases and if i dont feel well, I go to the doctor and i surely DO NOT bring my personal problems to work and take it out on customers! This is wrong!
