MTN Maponya mall incompetent staff ever

To whom it may concern.

On the 3rd I went to MTN Maponya to claim my phone (iphone 4s). I was assisted by Mpho Langa, who lodged a claim to the insurance by sending an email with no attachment what so ever.

I then went to the same store to do a follow up on the 4th and Mpho was on leave, but Zanele Hlangwana took over the process and had to resend my claim to the insurance. She called me on the 5th at about 10 am to come and pick up my new handset since my claim was approved. When I got to the store I was then told that the handset was not available and that it need to be located from other stores. She later told me to inform me to collect my phone at MTN Protea Gardens.

I went to Protea Gardens the morning of the 6th for a pick up but I had another problem since I was told that Zanele requested the phone to be sent to Maponya. David from Protea Garden called the store manager by the name of Kenny to inform him of the situation and that I was not happy with the round abouts, Kenny did not want to corporate with us and said he does not take complaints over the telephone.
