I have requested for 2 months now for a stupid parental control service to be removed from my phone. They have tried resetting my pin on *101# password and still nothing. I cant navigate to any site. I keep getting transfered from 808 to 173 to 1555 each person bucking the system, some just transfer without even telling me. So sad
I have been with MTN for over 10 years and this is the second complaint in 1 month. I am definitely considering not renewing my contracts.
Its as if MTN is doesn't worry about the small fish. I have three contracts with MTN costing over R1K a month times that by 10 years is R120 000. Such an investment deserves service.
I will be sad to move but if I cant even use data, which is the life of my business then what is the point.
