Client Service that just doesnt exist anymore

2 months ago my S2 went for a ball of.
Naturally I have Insurance with Autopage under written by FinRite.
So I went to Bayside Autopage to hand in my phone for repairs.
I was very disappointed to hear that Autopage does not provide loan phones for the period of 4-6 weeks that your phone is in for repairs.

I bought a cheapie. 5 weeks later my phone was still not repaired. at 6 weeks I got an sms notifying me the problem and cost for repair. I phoned and approved the quote. at 8 weeks I followed up and was told no repairs had been started.

I called head office and got through to senior management of Autopage. who went out of their way to accommodate me. long story short: there are a lot of loopholes in Autopages administration of procedures for repairs. but because of individuals like Nico and Clinton. I will remain a loyal customer of Autopage when it comes to my upgrade time.

Nico/Clinton, thank you for replacing my S2 with a S4 and going the extra mile, showing me that there are still individuals out there who care about the clients.
