I sent my phone for repairs on the 04 September 2013, on enquiry at the Head Office of Autopage it was established that the phone was repaired on the 16.10.2013 and returned to the estcourt branch. I contacted the branch on the 04th November 2013 and was informed by Natasha that they dont have my phone. I further gave her information that she was unable to assist me e.g job number R366110. I told the Natasha that it was unprofessional as they should have followed up on the job (repair) in 4 weeks time as that is the time period for the repair of the phone. they apologised and stated that the phone was sent to Burgersfort and there is nothing they can do. Todate I have not received my phone and no feedback regarding the progress of my phone. The company hasnt contacted me to give me any feedback, I have to phone and query about my phone. it is so difficult to get any assistance from the Autopage Head Office or the Estcourt branch. I am very unhappy with Autopage right now.
