Absolutely disappointing service

I have been with Autopage for 10 years. Despite numerous problems over this period I still remained with them. In the last month, I booked my phone in for repairs (cell c, within the warranty period). At the branch (Bluff) they wrote the necessary info and sent the phone in. Today I received a call from a lady (0119288370) to inform me that the cost of repairing the phone was over R2000 & I need to make the payment before my phone is repaired. I was shocked & appalled. She told me that my phone was scratched and dented on the outside and in order to repair the phone (which had software & similar internal problems) they have to repair the outside otherwise they will be sending it back. I refused and told her I was not made aware of this by anyone, that I didnt require the external to be repaired just internal. She was rude & arrogant &said she would be sending my phone back without sorting anything out. No staff made me aware that in order to fix the internal problems the external would need to be fixed. I believe this is a ridiculous moneymaking scheme by Autopage. Last year I sent in another BB and was charged over R400, it stopped working within a week again. I am extremely angry
