Altech Autopage Irene accepted my phone for repair. The phone was accepted in an exceptional condition with no scratches on the screen (as per documentation). When it was received back the screen was scratched. Altech Autopage Irene has tried to get the screen replaced but to no avail. I have tried to contact the call center, have logged calls but despite promises being made to return calls to date I have received none - and therefore no service.
I take care of my equipment, i.e. cell phone, and find it disgusting that my service provider damages my equipment and refuses to take responsibility for it.
I am paying a higher monthly tariff as a result of the specific phone and for the last 7 weeks have not had the use of it. For the inconvience caused by Altech they should replace the phone so as to get this matter resolved as quickly as possible. I am not willing to wait another period of time and pay for what I am not receiving.
The service I have received is disgusting and I will not recommend Altech Autopage to any person.
If Altech Autopage wants to rectify this they had better do so fast!!!
