HORRIBLE SERVICE

Me and thousands of other people have been without BIS service since 11 January 2013. It is going on day 5 that I am not getting any BIS services, a service which I have already paid for. I have tried complaining on the facebook page but complaints get deleted to make it seem like there is nothing wrong and when someone from vodacom eventually responds they just shrug their shoulders because there is nothing wrong with paying for service that you are not getting. I want my money back that vodacom has now basically from me for a service that they are not providing.
