On my Vodacom invoice, I am invoiced for a apparent subscription I made with some company called "Mira Networks"
If this Mira Networks, wants to charge me for services they want to give me, then there should be a contract between me and them and then I will pay them for whatever service I use from them. They obtain these so-called subscriptions via "scaly" and crooked methods. They trick thousands of people into this. Check all the thousands of complaints against this Mira Networks just on this site... There is no written consent and they will not be able to do this, if it was not for Vodacom. Vodacom is collecting these scamsters money's for them. Vodacom charges me, on a Vodacom invoice for these so-called services from someone else??? The fact that this is on my Vodacom invoice means that Vodacom is involved and part of this billion rand!!!
I made a call to Vodacom customer care today""29 Nov"" (Billing /account problem) After my explanation to the operator she was speechless and could not answer why this was happening. She then said I must hold on, she will get someone else to help me, needless to say, she ended the call after I waited a couple of minutes.
