Its now 8 Month that I struggle with horrible incompetent Call centre, supervisors, team leaders, and CEO of Vodacom. I phoned Vodacom 568 times in 8 Months, almost 120 times they said they will get back to me, only one has came back to me and still not all Problems have solved. Vodacom people are so incompetents but yet they forget all Vodacom users are paying their Salaries.
ITS JUST A PROBLEM AFTER THE OTHER BUT ALL AT VODACOM IS TO INCOMPETEND TO DO WHAT THEY GET PAID FOR. I WILL NOT REMOVE MY BUMPER STICKER STATING VODACOM WORST SERVICE EVER RATHER USE MTN TILL THEY STOP LAYING AND SORT MY LINES OUT FOR ONCE AND FOR ALL. Carina Snyman
