Bad way of starting a day with an attitude from Cell C agent, called the 140 help line @ 06:49 spoke to Tumisho Motsepe and when I asked her to hold she dropped the line... I called again @ 06:55 anagain got thru to her, MY what an attitude I got from the lady telling me that the process is she can't hold on the line when I asked to, she to. She TOLD me to call again as she won't hold. Well I do not apreciate her attitude and the way she handled this call, if the calls are recorded please do listen to it and take action. I am in a good mind of telling my friend to port to other network provider.
