ILLEGAL SIM SWAP WITHOUT MY CONSENT - LAST RESORT

I am absolutely disgusted at the level of service&attention being given to my case. An illegal simswap was done on my cellphone on the 6th February 2013, without my knowledge&with me being in the possession of my cell. A few minutes after this was done, the gained access to my internet banking&a LARGE sum of money was transferred into other banking. They established i clicked onto a Absa site in November last year&that is how they got my passwords etc for my banking.
When i found out the following day that the simswap had been done&an undisclosed sum of money taken from me, i immediately went to Absa&MTN Head Office 14th Avenue.
I got police case numbers sent them all the information they required&they said they would get back to me. A week went by&i had heard nothing. Meanwhile i the paying customer was left to pick up the pieces. I phoned 808&asked where my simswap was done and by whom. They gave me all this information. I called Isabelle Viljoen MTN 3 RIVERS to be told that i was 1 of 26 other people done using her username&password. NO FEEDBACK UNLESS I CALL! I WOULD LIKE URGENT ANSWERS FROM MTN - IT DISGUSTS ME THAT NO ONE C
