FAULTY SIM CARD HAD TO PAY FOR SIMSWAP

I had a simswap last year, then I received a black new one. within months it gave me problems.
Then I went to Kolonade to report it they told me I have to pay for a simswap, I told them but this sim is still new am not prepared to pay. The sales person told me that a lot of people have a similar problem with their black sim cards. I have used a red sim card for many many years never had a problem.
Then I phoned Riaan Sales and Marketing Manager he told me that I have to pay for a new sim card.
So Cell C knows about this problem but still they don't rectify it ; they are making money out of this.
Am going to cancel my contract. You can check the phone is not working am just paying the subscription fee.
