Following my previous report where Autopage did not get my phone repaired, they returned the phone to me without doing anything.
On my next statement, I was debited R290 and had to call in to find out that it was for a "repair" to this phone that was never repaired.
I received no quote, no invoice and certainly no repair.
Autopage said they would investigate- but as usual, nothing had happened
I need the amount refunded
