Hi
i have been having problems with my voicemail for the last two months and nobody can figure out whats the problem. i have called the data centers a lot of times and all have been getting is that it will be passed on to the technical department for a resolution. no one has ever came back to me to tell me what should be done.
after looking for answers on the web and from people i know found out that the sim card needs to be changed (sim swap) in order for me to have this issue resolved.
today i call in to make a sim swap and they say i have to pay for it too and do affidavits.
so can somebody tell me after all this trouble i went through for months that i still need to pay for something thats intirely not my fault when a pay a montly premium every month? this contract expires in a few months and i dont really think it will be a good idea to renew it..
