I have a contract that is supposed to give me 100.00 aitime. Lost my sim card and called the call centre who advised me to do a swim swap, went to the rooderpoort outlet or branch to do the swim swap. I was told that after 3 days i should out my sim back into my phone, it told me the sim was not activated yet. That was two months ago, even today.
I work most of the time and do not have time to run around chasing after people who are debiting every month without fail. Can someone advise on a way forward.
