My standard Voicemail still does not work!

After the third attempt at getting my Voicemail to work properly on my account i have now officially given up trying to be understanding with MTN's utter disaster of Customer Service. The Call Center cannot give me answers or follows up. The technical department has no clue what they are doing as they have not been able to fix the issue for months now! If i wanst bound by a contract i would have left MTN a long time ago!

I was overcharged out of bundle data rates to the total of R6000 as MTN did not load my data bundle my MTN500 data package. This took MTN 4 MONTHS to correct and credit my account.

I have not only had a issues with the above which took three visits to a MTN service Center and numerous calls to the Call Center to fix but i have given up to try and get MTN to send me Voicemail notifications. This would be not so bad if i had good signal in the area i live. But there are many times that my phone has functioning perfectly but people cant get hold of me and get my voicemail but i dont get notified. This is not only annoying but also impacting my business!
