What more do I have to do??

Last week, I put a complaint in about your ridiculous service with my debit orders. My account was in arrears so I went to your portable store in Sandton City. They told me that I had been handed over to collections because the consultant who was dealing with my account simply didn't pass it on for someone to call me. This alone is completely ridiculous. This is my fourth complaint about you guys in 4 months. Whilst inside Sandon City, I was told that my outstanding balance was R598, 67 which I paid while still in store (Ref: 0815344876) and then this morning my account was debited with R897??? Who has that kind of money on the 16th of the month? I signed NO consent form to have money debited out of my account. Worst of all this, my internet STILL isn't working. I paid this money 5 DAYS AGO. Please have a member of management phone me, or anyone proficient in English.
