Account Billing and bad service

For some reason not known to me 8ta decided to stop my debit order and to not deduct my monthly instalment for 3 months I tried to find out why they did so and where I must pay the outstanding amount. No one could help me. Heaven knows why a 8ta shop exist if the cant help you with anything! not even where to pay you're account! Eventually they cut my internet because it was not paid! but how am I suppose to pay if no one can supply me with banking details? Eventually I got some help at TELKOM canal walk. After I paid the outstanding amount of R897 I had to wait 3 days for the internet be be reconnected. Then all of the sudden the debit order were active again and they deducted the R897 from my account again! Now they refuse to refund my money and no one is able to assist me with that matter! Absolute terrible! I will be cancelling my contract at the end of the 2 years!
