On the 15th of last month my bank account was debited by R705 whilst my contract is R 399, i lodged a complaint and was told that the money would be refunded within 7 working days, it has been 3 weeks and still no money refunded. I phoned them today and they said that they will re load the complaint so i got told i have to wait 7 working days again, this is unacceptable and really this is a breach of my contract as telkom mobile seem to take my money when they want and how much they want but they cant pay back my money that is not theirs.
