I upgraded to a Samsung S3 and the phone was faulty. The phone was collected, i was told it would take 4-5 working days. 3 Weeks later, still no phone, understandably frustrated I called in to cancel my contract.
I was assured by: Anthony, Stanton, Fusi, Innocentia, Violet, Kea etc... that this was done and I would retain my number and go onto prepaid. After all of this, I get a call from the courier for my delivery address!!!
You cannot force clients to stay by delaying cancellation. I don't think this is legal. PLEASE SORT MY CANCELLATION, I WANT TO GO PREPAID AND RETAIN MY NUMBER!!! HOW DIFFICULT CAN IT BE???
