No Network Service

I ported from MTN to Cell C being told that the rates were cheaper and that I have full coverage in my area. To my disappointment I have experienced more dropped calls in the last month than I have in the last 5 years that I have been using MTN. I have contacted Autopage Bedfordview that is my service provider, to help me get back to MTN, however I feel not enough is being done. Cell C has still not come back to me, it has been over a month. My small business is now suffering because Cell C is too big to worry about my small business.
